David is from the United States and Nikita is from China, they are both working and living in Macau and today was the day they registered their marriage.
The Marriage registration ceremony in Macau is very similar to the ”ROM” ceremony in Singapore where couples exchange vows and sign the marriage certificates in the presence of a “Justice of the Peace” or a Government Official.
David and Nikita are really one of the nicest people I have shot for, always accommodating even though it was deep into Summer and all of us were sweating under the intense heat. Their ceremony was a small intimate affair which was attended by family and close friends. I first covered the ceremony and when the formalities were done, we went out around the Carmo church area to shoot some portraits and I’m glad we shot some nice pictures in the 3 hours we had![]()
David and Nikita were kind enough to invite me to lunch at the Wynn Macau about a month after the wedding and they both told me that they loved the pictures, that really made my day !!
I always aim to give the best to my clients and nothing makes my day more than a happy couple!!![]()
I would just like to say a big “Thank you” to David and Nikita for the honour of shooting their wedding and for lunch of course!!![]()

Thank you for reading![]()
